Help Me Grow Sacramento is part of the statewide and national efforts to identify and address barriers to implement screenings and improve the consistent use of validated screening tools by healthcare providers so that all children are afforded the support they need to lead a successful life. Utilizing the Help Me Grow system model built on the belief that all children should be able to grow, develop and thrive to reach their full potential, Help Me Grow Sacramento serves and supports children, from birth through age 5, and families living in Sacramento County.
